SpamPal

SpamPal sits between your email program and your mailbox, checking your email as you retrieve it. Any email messages that SpamPal considers to be spam will be "tagged" with a special header.
You simply configure your email client to filter anything with this header into a separate folder and your spam won't be mixed up with the rest of your email anymore!
SpamPal is free software; you can download and install it entirely free-of-charge.
File Size - 693 Kb

Instructions for setting up Outlook Express after installing SpamPal:
Go to Message Rules in the Tools menu, and select Mail; this will bring up a list of all of the filters (or as Outlook Express calls them, rules) that are currently set up. Click New to create a new one.
Firstly, check the box to filter when the subject line contains specific words, and check the box for the action move it to a specified folder. Now click the blue contains specified words in the box at the bottom; type **SPAM**  into the field at the top of the window that appears, and click Add to add it to the list.
Click OK to leave that, then click the blue specified folder and click New Folder to create a new folder called Spam (or whatever).
