All Royell e-mail accounts now have an aggressive SPAM filter. The
filter moves SPAM into a SPAM folder on the Royell mail server before it can
be downloaded into your PC. All users can inspect the contents of their
personal SPAM folder and verify that these messages are actually SPAM.
Follow these steps to login to your Webmail account:
1. Go to the Royell website, www.royell.net,
and click the Webmail icon in the top left corner of the page.
2. On the next page, login with your username and password. (Your username is the part of
your e-mail address that is before the @ symbol and does not include the @royell.xxx.)
3. You will then be logged in directly to your account on the Royell mail
server.
4. Along the left side of the page you will see folders. Click on the
folder labeled SPAM.
5. Next browse through the list of messages and search for any that you
would like to receive that shouldn't have been marked as SPAM.
6. Right-Click on messages that you want to keep and choose 'Whitelist sender' and the
e-mail will be moved from the SPAM folder to your Inbox folder. All future
e-mails from this sender will go to your Inbox folder. Once in the Inbox folder the message will be treated as
a normal e-mail and can be downloaded to your PC using Outlook Express, Incredimail, etc.
7. You also can check the Inbox folder in your Webmail account and 'Blacklist'
a SPAM message that came through the filter. Again right-click on the message
and choose 'Blacklist sender'. The e-mail will be moved to your SPAM folder
and future e-mails from that sender will go to the SPAM folder.
