For all Royell Customers who have received an e-mail that appears to be from Royell Support, be warned. This e-mail is a phishing scam sent by spammers to steal your username and password.  Absolutely do not respond to this e-mail.  The Royell Support team will never ask you for your password via a mass e-mail. Also, you can verify the sender by right-clicking on the subject line and then clicking properties.
