		Royell E-mail Accounts Now Have An Aggressive Spam Filter  Nasty Spam-spitting Storm Virus is very tricky  New 24 hour Emergency Support offered by Royell  Peer to Peer File Sharing Warning for All Customers  Unsure of an e-mail, learn 'How to handle suspicious e-mails'   November 29, 2001 Due to intermittent errors caused by Verizon on our Point-to-Point T-1 line between Auburn and Virden, Auburn subscribers may have experienced problems connecting or authenticating onto the Internet. A trouble ticket was issued with Verizon early that afternoon. At approximately 6:30pm, a specialist from Verizon corrected the problem. November 28, 2001 Due to problems with a Verizon line between Virden and Girard, Girard subscribers experienced difficulties authenticating to our servers until approximately 1pm. November 10, 2001 All subscribers experienced inability to authenticate to our servers between 7a-12:30p due to a construction accident off of Route 4, Auburn. A main trunk line that serves all telephone usage in Virden, Girard, and Auburn was affected by this event.
